Imagine that you are perfectly content with every aspect your life. What does that life look like? What steps do you have to take to make that life a reality? Instead of WISHING, start DOING. Put a plan into action today!
So...that is what spark coach gave me to think about today and that is really good for today because am feeling down about things. Sometimes I feel perfectly content but NOT with my weight...and then I struggle to lose some weight when really I am not all that overweight. And then I get upset because I can't and then I decide to come out of my depression and get all motivated and try again and then the whole thing repeats itself. UGH!
So, what can I do to put a plan into action....this is something I really need to think about because as soon as I have a plan I realize that I can't follow the plan. It needs to be realistic! Obviously what I have planned for myself has not been realistic or I would be able to follow it...right? So.....I will be pondering this over the next few days....
