What? Another training countdown?
So. Today I ran 2 miles per my SP training schedule. Plus a lap to warm up, a lap to cool down, and a much-needed lap to rest between each mile.
I've actually written out a whole calendar. I can already tell you what I'll be doing toward my 10K training for each day the next 10 weeks. Tomorrow, I'll start some ST, and then Saturday...
Well, Saturday I have a 5K. And look at that, Day 2 on my schedule calls for a 3-mile run!
Thanks to everyone for the support and votes of confidence. I am so excited about this race season that's beginning!
