CARDIO CONSISTS OF: Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, Bob Harper DVD (can't remember the name of the one I have. I know its 45 minutes), Walking outside, riding recumbent bike

I'm considering on restarting my BLC Kinect game that I used like crazy when I first got it.

ST: basic crunches, modified sit ups, squats, wall squats, alternating dumb bell curls, lateral raises, calf raises with chair, seated ball twist, chest press with dumb bells, chest fly with dumb bells, Coach Nicole 15 minute desk workout, Coach Nicole 9 minute arm workout with dumb bells
