Day 30 im on a ROLL!!!!

This has been one of the longest rolls ive kept up with in a very long time...30 days straight...working out 5 days a week 30 min and tracking EVERYTHING....did i mess up ....yes a couple times.....a Pop tart and 2 reeces peanut butter cups....and Yes they were good! LOL but for the most part ive been right on tract!
Todays meals:
Breakfast :
whole grain toast
1 egg
1 slice of pepper jack cheese
snack
1 orange
5 potatoe chips (yes i needed something salty)
lunch :
steamed green beans
1 baked chicken thigh
snack:
orange honey dew (was amaizing)
dinner:
shreded cheicken and zuccini raw w/ balsalmic vinager
lunchtime break:
worked out did 25 min stairclimber then did my arms w/ free weights
feelin great! O yea and lemon water 64 ounces so far

    RIGHT ON!!! GOOD FOR YOU! Aren't chicken thighs just the bomb? And balsamic vinegar? I eat them all the time! Try pretzels for your "salty", too. They are gooood.
