Here is another challenge from Spark Coach.
So here is mine I am going to do extra strength exercises 6 days a week.
It can be a video or DVD or interval strength but must me 10 min or more everyday except Sunday which is one day I give myself a break, I dont have planned exercise that day, although since the I started Sunday has included exercise.
The reason I am targeting strength is for 2 reasons, one mostly that it is an area usually overlooked and the other is to pump up my minutes for the Blue Sapphire team challenge. I do go to Curves 4 times a week, but this is up and above that.
So far I have gone a week and a half and that feels really good. It is not always easy to make that time in a busy day, but I have been working on it.
So do you have a streak going? If you dont you should try, it can be anything just something a little challenging but not impossible to succeed at.
