Update of Goals

IDue to my impending surgery (WOOO HOOOOO) and recovery I have had to revise my fitness goals. They are updated on my main page. I revised my goals because I will be on a n activity restriction and wasalso told I am going to lose some weight from the surgery on my girls. So my UGW is now 155 (it was formerly 145), and this does not include the weight loss from the surgery. emoticon
Keep Sparking everyone!!!!!!! LET'S GOOOOOO!!!!!!!

My old goals are listed below (for my own recording/review purposes):

Starting Weight: 203lbs
Goal Weight: 145lbs

Intro phase: 4/13 (203) -5/13 (198)
Loss: 5 lbs (through ONLY eating LESS, but not eating CLEAN and with NO exercise)

1st Phase:
5/21/13 (198) -7/21/13: (186)
Goal: 12 pound loss
Actual: 12 pounds!!!!!!

2nd Phase: 7/22/13 -9/22/13 :
Goal: 12 pound loss

3rd Phase: 9/23/13-11/23/13:
Goal: 12 pound loss

Final Phase: 11/24/13-3/1/13
Goal: 17 pound loss

Total loss goal since February 2013 : 58 pounds
Currently: 19 pounds
