For now, my work out is walking on a treadmill. Is it better to go on an incline at a slower pace or on no incline at a faster pace? I have been doing half and half. I do my first half on a bit of an incline. It burns. But I can do it. I slow down a bit (not stop) at my midpoint and drink some water. Then I drop my incline to zero and kick my pace up. I cannot go at my full pace on an incline yet for any amount of time. So is one way better than the other? My legs still feel it at the end. I go at a good pace and I am all sweaty at the end.
