difficult healthy habits

I am having a difficult time with eating healthy. I have been under a lot if stress & I am an emotional eater. I have been highly unmotivated when it comes to exercising. I sometimes find it difficult to find enough time to work out.

    Emotional eating (stress eating) is a hard habit to break but it can be done in time. Try journaling as a way to connect with what's troubling you. Another trick that works wonders is calculating the food before you eat it. IF not before at least half way into it because once you do the math you may not want to add more to the balance. As far as exercise begin with small bursts of 10 to 15 minute walks. If you're under stress the walks will do wonders for your mood. emoticon

    I understand. I am an emotional eater too. One baby step at a time. Walking with one foot in front of the other, can lead to 10 minutes of walking. And maybe a little bit each day. emoticon emoticon emoticon
