My action step today on SparkCoach was to blog about what is better since I started SparkPeople. Since I got back on SparkPeople, there have been a lot of good changes. I have lost 6.5 pounds. My skin looks better from the water I'm drinking. I'm eating less junk food. I'm eating more vegetables. I'm spending time daily reading the bible. I'm cooking more and going out to eat less. My wallet likes that one. Things are going well. I need to remember that when the scale doesn't cooperate, I am still doing great things for myself.
