Positive Steps

This morning I finally went to check out the gym close to home. I asked for a tour and some information, and I liked what I saw. They have lots of cardio machines, good classes & a nice classroom, and lots of weight machines. Plus, it's affordable. I said I would talk to hubby & bring him by sometime very soon so he can check it out too. I'm excited that I finally checked into a gym, and that hopefully soon I can get back to working out regularly. It will feel so good to have somewhere to go, something to do, and a way to work off my stress. Plus it will really help me lose weight faster & reach my next weight loss goal.

As for my eating, today I've been good so far- healthy breakfast, fat-free yogurt for late morning snack, and a good lunch. I also had a little walk went I went to town, so I got a little exercise as well today. I'm proud of myself for taking these positive steps to reach my goals for this week.
