I have been saying for months "make no foods into "No Foods" and yet I did it again. I started a streak to have no sugar or white flour. Of course that is all I think about and have been binging on it for two days. For me saying I can't have it just doesn't work.
Having every thing in moderation is what works for me. I must be doing some thing right I have lost 37 pounds. That is over half of what I need to lose. So I am doing some thing right, but telling myself I can't have some thing is not working for me.
Now that I have said I can have a sweet if I want has taken away the over powering craving for it. I don't even want it but knowing that I can have it if I want works so much better for me. We all have to try and learn what works for each of us. Making foods in to "No Foods " dose not work for me.
