Wow! Two blogs in one day!
I am doing the Push program by Chalene Johnson. Today I need to make a public promise for my health and fitness goal. This is my SMART goal from my larger fitness goal.
Here is my SMART Goal: I will lose 4 lbs by October 14th by:
- doing cardio 5 -6 days a week for 30 - 60 mins
- doing strength training 2 - 3 days per week
- drinking 8 glasses of water a day
- not nibbling while making dinners
- nibbling less on the emergency trail mix I have at work..it's for emergencies after all!
- eating more fruits and veggies
- eating minimal take-out (ie. pizza)
So my larger goal is to lose all my pregnancy weight plus 5-8 additional pounds while cutting my body fat % in half. (I have already lost 48 lbs!)
I cut this goal into a small one I can achieve over the next 4 weeks. Which is my SMART goal listed above.
Anyone else is welcome to post a public promise SMART Goal! I encourage it!
