Rough DAy

Yesterday was a rough day- no one in my house was feeling very well. The weather was depressing and we all had off schedules for the day. I was in a real funk (I think part of it was that I didn't take my supplements at the right time of day). So I did not work out at the gym yesterday like I had been hoping but I did play with the family for about 30 minutes so I tracked that as my exercise. I am feeling more into it today but my throat really hurt this morning and I can't afford to get to sick so I skipped my (extra) morning workout and enjoyed the extra sleep to recover. The scale seems to be stuck so I don't think I will hit my lowest weight by Sunday my birthday like I had hoped but at least it is not going up. The weather outside if bad but I am still going to crossfit tonight so I will burn some calories there. I am feeling pretty sore from the class on Tuesday because we did a lot of squats and lunges and I am certainly hurting now. But I am going to go back and be sure to take my BCAA and my glutamine to try to prevent being a mess all weekend :) On a good note I did have a little accomplishment- I was able to hold a plank for a full 90 seconds!!( I was really shaking but I didn't give up :)
