I am really enjoying this Biggest Loser Challenge! This weeks challenge is an exercise break challenge. I've set my timer for 20 minutes and every time it goes off I do some sort of exercise. Not only am I getting in my fitness, but I'm also feeling more energized and the morning seems to be going by faster!
I walked while Tyler had practice last night. 4.1 miles! I talked my walking buddy into signing up for SparkPeople and she really likes it! We were discussing recipes we found on SP last night. She really wants to try this Buffalo chicken recipe and I'm debating on the cheeseburger soup for next week. It was nice to talk fitness and work out with a friend. It made the time go by quickly and we both learned a lot from each other! We are meeting up again tonight for practice. We should get another 30 minutes in (above what we did yesterday) since I was running late last night. I'm really looking forward to it! Our average pace is around 17:22. Hoping to see that go down by the time football is over!
