After Day 3

Greetings SparkPeople!

My Paleo challenge is still going pretty well! I have so far stuck to most of the guidelines of this diet, and I'm feeling pretty good. I've been having some serious cravings for sweets the past two days, so this morning I had sunflower butter with honey on apple slices for breakfast. Quite sweet, and so I think it really satisfied my sweet tooth. It also broke the monotony, since I've had the same thing for breakfast the past three days. I love routine, but too much of the same thing just doesn't do it for me :-).

My exercise routine has been going really well, too! I ran about 3.5 miles this morning, and I'm going to the gym this afternoon to do a good leg workout. My time was a little bit slower today on my run, so I wasn't too happy with that, but I'll just have to push it a little more in the gym later. Wish me luck!
