I've been off spark people for an entire week, went on a glorious sisters vacation to a resort in Maine. Before I went, I'd planned on tracking thru out the vacation since it was a spa resort with good food and lots of exercise time.
That plan probably would have worked if it had just been me and my husband! But throw in 4 sisters with their own wishlists and there is no time to breathe, let alone track on spark people! This is my blog so that's what I'm sticking with!
I ate 3 things in Maine...seafood, blueberries, and desserts! I went swimming, biking, did chair yoga, walked what seemed like miles, did "sit down paddleboarding" (an adaptation for my disability) on the Atlantic Ocean, and relaxed.
I gained 2 pounds and every ounce of it was worth it to me! Now back to the real world, get busy working on my health.
