I'm on week 6 of 10 for my half-marathon training. I'm definitely starting to feel some burnout but it 's my own fault. I have been concentrating mostly on running and not doing much of anything else. So starting next week I am going to add back in some group classes to mix things up. The race will be here before I know it, really looking forward to putting a check mark next to it. Keep sparkin!
