I have been doing good this week for the most part, I did go out to outback on tuesday and allowed myself to have all the not so wonderful for me foods that I have been saying no to for the past few weeks. With that being said, I have been drinking nothing but water and juices and I have been staying totally away from sodas. I am going to the fair tonight with my son and his dad that will mean lots and lots and lots of walking. The fair is having their unlimited ride night tonight so I am sure that my son will want to be there for a long time riding the rides as much as he can. Little does everyone know but if you walk a line back and forth a 100 times over that you can get two to three miles walked before the evening is over. I will have to try and not give in to the funnel cake and corn dogs, those are my biggest weaknesses.

I am finding time to go to the gym at least 4 days a week which is better than not going at all which was were I was at a few weeks ago. I want to start going 6 days a week but all in good time. I am also trying to get some of the christmas shopping done before all the crazy people are out there in full force. I am not one for crowded malls and shops.

Also next week is the start of fright fest and I can't wait because then I can go on sundays and ride all the coasters I want at night and have a ton of fun and the good thing about it is I may feel like I am just having a great time but by the end of the afternoon my legs always feel that burn from walking up hill and down hill all afternoon.

I know that I can do this I just have to learn that not all exercise has to be done in a gym and that I will make my goal if I just take this one meal at a time.
