Family member sprung from hospital - good thing since I was in no shape to visit any further.......am having an allergy week from h**l.......no sense in arousing suspicions should I have a coughing jag while there.......

Irritations on the AM gig - frequent technical glitches getting in my way........I HATE it when that happens! Guess I'm *not* getting "mellower with age" when it comes to certain things.......particularly when it comes to work!

Have noticed a distinct lack of appetite/interest in certain foods, which is definitely getting in the way of making good choices, food-wise.......not sure if it's stress-related or allergy-related.........things don't smell well (in fact, I'm not really smelling much......$#!@# stuffy nose!)

Yep - autumn's on its way......grrrrrr!

Hang in there. Seems like you have a lot going on. Glad things might be settling down down that hospital visits are in the past. emoticon

May well be related to mucous levels. Try to stay off medication as much as possible and consider using an aloe vera extract to help with the inflammation!!!

Good luck and feel better soon...

Actually, mellow does not necessarily come with age. I find that a lot of things don't bother me as much because I have experienced them before so "been there, done that", but I also am more aware of what is going on (the flip side) so when things bother me, there is a reason.
I do have to say, that being miserable with allergies and mellow do not necessarily go together.
I hope you are getting some medical help on those allergies. That cough could signify that they have advance to asthma. (Mine did). That can be controlled.
Bless you. (Pun intended)
Have a better day.
