A little bit about me - BLC ABC's

A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Nothing like a bit of healthy competition to keep me on my toes

B is for BLC rounds... Newbie

C is for CHILDREN...2 kids, Gemma who is 16 and Jack who is almost 4

D is for DOWNFALL...sitting in front of the tv at night, I always find myself wanting to eat chocolate

E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? Early bird

F is for FURRY FRIENDS...2 dogs, Sandee a terrier cross, not really sure what she is and Robbie a doberman cross. Both are rescue dogs and Robbie is my running partner

G is for GROCERIES...lots of veggies, healthy carbs, quorn because myself and my daughter are vegetarian although I sometimes eat fish and the odd treat

H is for HOME.. Dublin, Ireland. I live a few miles outside the city in a suburb that is a small city of its own. Its busy but I love it cause I'm close to the beach, the mountains, the country

I is for INSPIRE...anyone and everyone who makes a transformation no matter how small

J is for the moment I am working part time as a support worker for women affected by domestic violence and also going to college to study math

K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...being as active as possible even in short amounts, it all counts

L is for LOG...yes

M is for MARRIED, Single, Involved? Married to James for 5 years but we've been together for 17 years.

N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname? Dublin cause that's where I'm from and Rose because its one of my favourite smells

O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? I aim for 8 glasses, most of the time I succeed

P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? 4-5 portions a day

Q is for QUOTE...what's your favorite? This is one I heard a while back and its one I tell myself everytime I'm running and I feel I can't go on "The mind wants to quit long before the body needs to"

R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly? 4-5

S is for STATURE...How tall are you? 5ft 2in

T is for TIME...What time zone are you in? GMT

U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby? Reading and knitting

V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? France, one of those small little villages outside Paris where you can live off fresh bread and croissants and fantastic white wine

W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program? Nope, I'm doing a combination of yoga, dog walking and running

X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? I want to be inspired, make new friends and learn a lot more about myself

Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? Allow them to push me forward, I don't believe in beating yourself up about things, we all make mistakes, its what you learn from them that matters

Z is for one weight loss tool you couldn't live without? Sparkpeople of course emoticon The tracker is vital for me

    Welcome to the Jungle and will be a great 12 weeks and you will most definitely be inspired, make new friends and learn a LOT about yourself! I will have to remember your favorite quote for the next time I am running and "I just can't run any further". Looking forward to getting to know you.
