My daughter drove me up to the the blue mountains today to visit the three sisters. I have not been there for a long time(years) and when I saw all the tourist buses and people all the way from Japan I felt a little ashamed that I lived so close to this beauty and didnt visit it much.

Anyway that inspired me to walk the giant staircase down the side of the mountain and across to the first sister. The walk back up was tough. I was puffing and panting but so were all the skinny people too so I didnt feel so bad. I am exhausted but I loved it. Next time we are going to go all the way to the bottom and back up again. I loved it and cant wait to get in better shape!!

emoticon it's always good to walk in a beautiful place.

I googled the Three Sisters and they are beautiful. When you said they were the blue mountains I thought they were in the US, but I see they are in Oz.

A great task you accomplished! You probably did better than you would have before Spark. So happy you were able to enjoy the beautiful scene while you were hiking.

Oooh! Did you take pictures? It sounds amazing! That kind of exercise that comes with such a reward -- the beautiful views -- is awesome. Glad you pushed yourself =)
