A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition give you an extra push? I love healthy competition... Just don't like sore losers.... Lol
B is for BLC rounds... Newbie?(first BLC round) Oldie?(1-3 rounds) Goldie?(long time BLCer)? Former BLC team(s)? I guess you would call me an on again off again Goldie. I have done at least 5 to 6 rounds of the BLC but have taken several breaks for various reasons. I have been on several different teams but most recently as an Onyx Outlaw before I took a break in round 22.
C is for CHILDREN...you have? I have two children who live with me and one who does not currently live with me. Also planning on having another baby.
D is for DOWNFALL...what's you're biggest temptation/excuse? I would have to say my worst excuse is I don't feel like it right now.... I will do it later. I am such a procrastinator at times.
E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? I would call myself a reformed Early Bird. I make myself get up early to exercise before work cause otherwise I know I will make up some excuse not to do it. But I much prefer sleeping in. Lol
F is for FURRY FRIENDS...you have? We have 3 cats and one dog.... Plus a fish tank (but they aren't furry)
G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with? I am an Atkins girl so my cat had plenty of meat, cheese, salad vegetables, real butter, flax seed, etc.
H is for HOME...where do you call home? I live in Leesburg Florida but I am originally from north Carolina.
I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your roll model/inspiration? My inspiration will always be my children. If I had to choose a role model though out would probably be IndyGirl here on sparkpeople. That woman is a true inspiration for hard work and dedication!
J is for JOB...What do you do for a living? Well until it closes down I work at the waste management call center here.... Yes.... I am a trash talker. Lol I am currently looking for work from home jobs to replace this job when the center closes in December.
K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your healthy focus when short on time? Drinking my water. No matter what else falls to the side I always make sure to get in my water.
L is for LOG...Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers? I just recently started using them more Shaun. I am going to try to keep it up.
M is for MARRIED, Single, Involved? Married to the love of my life and the father of my children.
N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname? This has been my screen name for everything for years. Vamp is for a sexy lady, Triana is a play on words since my real name (Tiffany) means "the holy trinity" (yeah my parents didn't know who I was gonna be at all!) And of course the 4evr part I think is rather self explanatory. All together it basically means I will always be the sexy lady, Tiffany forever. Lol
O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? Anywhere between 64-120 depending on the day. More when I am working.
P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? 3-5 servings at least.... Sometimes more.
Q is for QUOTE...what's your favorite? Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take but by the moments that take your breath away.
R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly? Right now I am just getting back into it so it has been 3 days a week for about 20 minutes but I am ready to up the time!
S is for STATURE...How tall are you? 5'4" (without my heels)
T is for TIME...What time zone are you in? Eastern
U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby? I love surfing the web and reading
V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? It may sound cliche but I would love an island vacation like Hawaii or the Bahamas.
W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program? Not currently but I was planning on adding strength to my routine next week.
X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? I really want to get back into my size 12's
Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? I used to dwell. Now I just forget about them and take each day and moment as it comes
Z is for ZERO...name one weight loss tool you couldn't live without? If I am being perfectly honest theone weight loss tool iI couldn't live without is my phone. I do pretty much everything from it.... Track my workouts, my food.... Even wrote this blog! Lol
