14,315 steps today (Day 6) completed! I am very very tired. I had 1 hour of very active minutes per my fit bit zip. Dinner is cooking.(now done and ate)...Lots of veggies. Did good today. Learned to cha cha to the lunch time concert today in Seattle. Had tons of fun. Lots of exercise and I know I over did it today but that is ok, it was worth it. My heart rate monitor said I burned 1087 today, my fit bit said 2,339. My intake was just over a 1000 in veggies/protein/healthy fat. I am so wiped out it isn't funny. I am seeing practically double. I think I will pace myself tomorrow. I am off to bed in 4 minutes. 3:00 AM comes too early and I need some decent sleep 9-3 is 6 hours. I am proud of myself...Day 6 completed and on track and lots of exercise. I know I cannot do this amount every day like I used too. I modify and am steps equalled 4.07 miles but that took a LOT of energy and work and all day basically. Bottom line is "I DID IT!" Am I disabled? Oh yea, but it not stop me! I DID IT! I AM PROUD OF ME, I MADE IT 7 days on track. I am day 8 tomorrow or week 2 day 1. Next Thursday will be week 2, weigh in day too. Yes, I did get that posted. I am supposed to get on my scale but have not. I may get yelled at for not getting on it, but be it. I am down with swelling right now so really don't want to see any discouraging numbers for as hard as I have worked.
