Yesterday was another good day. Another pass on steps, cardio, water and calories. Also I did my strength training on the blow flex. It felt great.

September Goals:
1. 20 min extra cardio daily (above regular walking) pass; 25 treadmill
2. Burn 15,500 cal/ month (~300/day) 275 ; MTD 11,137
3. Pack lunch/snack 90% for work pass MTD: 11 of 12 = 92%
4. Million steps of summer: (~11,000/day): 10,138; STD: 927,411
5. Track cardio, calories, and blog daily - pass


Last 120 days of 2013
1. Get current on heath appointments eye exam, dentist
Done: visit regular doctor
2. Research meditation / relaxation and start a program
3. Return to the 5k training program
4. Complete the 100 pushup program
