This week is more stressful than usual. My nurse practitioner's husband is quite ill and has been in the hospital. This is on top of the fact that my days are overloaded in preparation of taking next week to visit my parents who live out of state. They have been married for 66 years and it is important that I make the trip to visit them. They are too frail to travel anymore, so my sibs and I take turns to visit them.

Breathe... breathe... hang in there, as we all advise. Hope your visit upcoming is a good one. Thoughts and prayers for your NP's DH, too.
