Okay, starting off is extremely hard and I seem to sabotage myself at every turn. Even before I decided to do this I would only have like half a cup of ice cream when we had it. Last night, I did NO exercise AND had about 2 cups of ice cream. Why am I resisting what I want so badly? Tonight we tried a new food (egg plant) and I made a nice healthy dinner. It was good and I'm full (too full), which is another thing I need to learn to deal with. It is a little late, but I am going to go use my ski machine for at least 10 minutes. Hoping for more. Wish me luck. And I finally stayed within my calories today. emoticon
