I haven't been sick all year. When I finally put dig my heels in and start a streak, I get a sore throat! I should still be able to do 30 minutes on the bike or a 4 mile walk. I'll attempt to do it after dinner, followed by a nice hot bath.
I'm on plan with my nutrition. I had a tomato and swiss sandwich on whole wheat with a tablespoon of olive oil mayo. I grabbed the mayo at the store on a whim last week, after a minor debate with my husband. I really like it. It's 35 cals for a tablespoon. I didn't look closely at the ingredients list. I'm sure it's not a squeaky clean food item, but I like the occasional creamy sandwich dressing, but I hate the sweet stuff. It's on my bucket list to make home made mayo.
For lunch, I had a can of Campbell's Split Pea and ham soup with 3 croissants. Again, not squeaky clean, but it could be worse. But, oop, one croissant would have been enough!
For dinner, I'm getting ready to make Jamie Eason's turkey muffins with brocoli and wild rice.
I've been good about using the CPAP mask at night and getting a full night's sleep. And I'm like a duck's feather's, stress is rolling right off me this week. I'm in control, managing what I can and letting go of what I can't.
