As I sit here I am listening to one of my favorite sounds....geese flying overhead! Love the symphony of the honking! Fall is right around the corner now, and the leaves are just starting to show some colors. My favorite season!

Increased my activity today by walking around the path at work twice. My challenge for me to stay motivated and stay on track is that I am going to practice one new good healthy habit each month. September my goal is to always take the stairs instead of the elevator. I think for October it will be something for nutrition. I'll alternate each month with fitness and nutrition, that way I will make sure I create new good habits in both fields.

Looking forward to tomorrow as it is my weigh-in day, plus it is trash day, and I want to throw away as much as I can!

    I like your idea to switch focus between fitness and nutrition. They're both important, and need 100% attention.
