I lost 2.6kgs, and I'm feeling really great [except for a cold].
I feel like I have had a change I my mindset in regards to food. Even though my husband is eating junk food, I'm not tempted at all. I did have 4 pieces of chocolate [76%] on Tuesday night, and that was more than enough.
I have started walking whenever possible. We live very close to our local town centre, and we are very lucky to have an excellent fruit/vegetable/meat shop less than 3 minutes walk away. So I have been walking to the supermarket or fruit shop almost everyday to get the meat and anything else we need for dinner.
I've also started using my stair-stepper more often. My plan is to use it for the first 10 minutes of each TV programme or movie that we watch at night.
