1st week on WeightWatchers

I lost 2.6kgs, and I'm feeling really great [except for a cold].

I feel like I have had a change I my mindset in regards to food. Even though my husband is eating junk food, I'm not tempted at all. I did have 4 pieces of chocolate [76%] on Tuesday night, and that was more than enough.

I have started walking whenever possible. We live very close to our local town centre, and we are very lucky to have an excellent fruit/vegetable/meat shop less than 3 minutes walk away. So I have been walking to the supermarket or fruit shop almost everyday to get the meat and anything else we need for dinner.

I've also started using my stair-stepper more often. My plan is to use it for the first 10 minutes of each TV programme or movie that we watch at night.

    weight watchers has alot of really good snacks, for around 2 points, personally if im gonna use points on chocolate, i go for the ww large fudge bars

    Good Job! WW will always have a special place in my heart. I lost my first 25lbs with them.
