here I am again. Now I am at 148 and the goal, again is 125. Been there, done that. Back to working out...one week now and enjoying it. Working out with hubby at the local hospital fitness center. It is expensive, but well worth it. Hubby can only work in the pool due to back issues, but I work out about 1/2 hour, machines, free weights, walk the track, and then join him in the pool. Fun way to spend a few days every week. We look forward to it, and then the steam room, and a light dinner before going home. I started this time at 150 so in two weeks, took off 2 pounds. Good for me. Doing lots of gardening and working on my meal plans. I don't eat meat, so some of the planning needs to change. This time of year we have lots and lots of veggies and fruit off the trees. I've stopped munching on popcorn, pretzels and chips. Thought the first 5 pounds would go faster, but at 69 years young, perhaps it will take a bit longer. This time, I'm not giving up.
