What is the main thing people are always trying to get back? That ďfeelingĒ.
For some people itís their physical health and others itís something of the mind. For me, itís both. I need a revamp, a jump start to freshen up my outlook and lifestyle.
I want to get back that sassy self confident sexy self I was before (and take a trip to Greece 😃).
So, first thing first (kinda the easier bit) Iím hitting health head on. This week Iím cooking healthy and integrating some more fitness into my routine. It helps that Iím on a full week of ďdo nothing, go nowhereĒ vacation. Iím on a mental health holiday.
Iím making a list of things I want. Goals I want to achieve everyday, week, and month. Long term goals, like a trip to Greece and short term goals like lose ten pounds and eat healthily everyday.
Lists are a great way to physically remind you everyday of what you are working for. I also like visual boards, fun to make and effective tools. Iíve changed my subscriptions to healthy blogs and magazines that encourage and lift up the reader.
So, Iím putting up my cork board with my supportive images and schedules for working out and meal plans. Letís hope this week is nothing but successful!
