I can not believe it's been 2 weeks since school started, 2 weeks since I posted here. Getting the family back into the swing of things sure isn't easy but we are getting there!
I started my bootcamp program this week and am running a 5K road race here in town this weekend. That's making this week extra exercise-intensive for me! Centergy and boot camp Monday, 5K and core class Tuesday, boot camp Wednesday, 5K and Centergy Thursday, boot camp Friday, NOTHING Saturday, and a 5K race on Sunday. This is my second time running this 5K. My first time is still my 5K PR and I'm hoping to beat it this year.
Knock on wood, boot camp doesn't seem to be bothering my arm, except for when I need to do twisting motions. I suppose that's to be expected with pronator syndrome. I'll just modify as needed and I have no intention of pushing myself to lift more than the lightest suggested weights.
Weight is a tad up again but body fat is down and muscle is up so I can't really complain. I haven't decided just how committed I want to be to nutrition in this 6 week boot camp. I enjoy my dates with DH on the weekend very much and I really, really don't want to change them and my week days are pretty clean... that leaves me Friday night... and, well, I've already made a date with DH and DS for this Friday so... maybe next Friday.
