I do appreciate the responses to my blogs and most of them have good ideas to try but that causes a conundrum. Too many to incorporate and how long do I concentrate on one? .Small steps makes sense to me and I am currently doing a streak for climbing stairs. I do have a goal which is being going up and down stairs without using a cane and feeling secure/stable. That will tell me when to start working on something else. (I am recovering from 2 hip replacements and need to build up strength to get back to normal.) This is my priority right now but could also use something from my eating habits. But so many ideas to choose from and how do I know when to change to another one? Do others just do just one thing at a time with an overarching plan with priorities evident?
