I thought I'd get back to my normal routine once September started. Instead, I've been snacking every night, drinking Pepsi almost every day, only getting 4-6 waters in per day, zero exercise, and lots and lots of laying on the couch watching t.v.
I have a bad back caused by a bad mattress. I'm convinced it's killing me one night at a time. My back starts hurting 5-10 mins after I get to bed. I spend every night tossing and turning, trying to stretch my lower back out so it relaxes. I'm planning on replacing the mattress this weekend. I just need to do it or I'll never get a good night's sleep. Maybe, just maybe, once I'm sleeping better, I'll have the energy I need to make the changes I'm trying to make.
I set out a plan to change my habits 1 at a time. I don't worry about the other stuff until I make the first a habit. That's water. So my priority right now is to get my 8 waters in a day and track it. Once I get mad enough to just do it, it becomes regular pretty quickly.
