My biggest accomplishment so far is walking on my breaks even though I am feeling run down. So far I have 6674 steps in out of 10,000.
I am going to meet a friend at the gym after work. I'll go to the gym with or without mojo today because I've been trying to get this friend to go workout with me for years.
I got caught in a downpour yesterday walking from my office to my car. It was heavy rain. It felt like a water hose was following me. I ran to my car but I was completely soaked down to my undies. My hair was dripping. I had met my brother after work. Thank goodness I had a pair of dry gym clothes in my trunk to change into. It's a real luxury to be able to hang out with my brother because of our schedules. If it had been anyone else id just have gone home. Anyways even with the change of clothes my undies were still soaked along with my socks and shoes. We hung out, went to dinner and then watched the movie Point Break with Riff Trax (Mystery Science Theatre Guys) I think staying in my wet clothes and shoes too long got me sick.
Tomorrow I have scheduled a rest day.
