I'm just here to update about my Paleo challenge once more. I did well on keeping Paleo for my second day, although yesterday was definitely a bit tougher. I generally felt hungrier by the end of the day, so I satisfied it by eating extra portions at lunch and dinner of fruit and veggies. Yesterday's lunch was tuna, avocado, and sauteed kale and carrot. So yummy! But since I was still hungry when I was done, I also ate a few apple slices. Then for dinner, I had grilled chicken breast and mixed fruit - some extra grapes, because I was still hungry! Not to mention I woke up quite hungry this morning, so I had three eggs for breakfast instead of two.
One thing that I have begun experiencing the past few days is a bit of an upset stomach, but that's something that I have been warned was normal for the first week of switching over to this diet. Does anyone have experience with this? What have been your reactions to switching over to this diet?
One thing that I am looking forward to today is going for a nice walk with my cousin tonight. I went spinning this morning (something I love to do!), but I am looking forward to spending time with her and the rest of my family tonight. Everyone has been super supportive of my choices to try out this diet. I couldn't really ask for a better support system!
