Now as I had said I started redoing Insanity on Monday. Now about the Month 1 videos I swore they would be a cakewalk after Month 2 but boy are they not. They are a lot easier than when I first started that's for sure, but they're still no cakewalk. I was worried that they wouldn't make me work as hard after doing the Month 2 videos but they still give me a decent workout. I'm doing them now with no extra rests which is something I didn't accomplish with them the first time because I hadn't had my epiphany yet. LOL!! (Said epiphany if you haven't been following my blogs was that I could push through the moves if I told myself I wouldn't quit).
So yesterday I did the Plyometric Cardio Circuit and it was good, though I've got to improve on that last killer cycle of exercises. And today I did my Cardio Power and Resistance and what I've got to improve on here again is lo and behold those wonderful push-ups. Once I master them with this Month though, I should be able to do them in Month 2. At least I hope so =).
Now as I mentioned I'm going to get T25, 30 Day Shred and P90X soon. I did say I wasn't absolutely certain whether I would continue Insanity to the end or start one of them. When I just wrote the above that was the case. I had no idea what T25 was then. I just watched the infomercial on YouTube!! WOW!!! I wanna try it!!! It looks INTENSE!! It looks like I'm gonna be soooooo challenged like never before. I'm scary excited. LOL!! If I can get them by Sunday. I am definitely starting it on Monday morning. So I'll keep you posted.
Now on the food front I don't think I like how I've been managing my food lately so I've decided to start planning my meals at least the day before. I planned today and I planned out tomorrow and I think that will help.
