Okay. Need to figure out if I really can budge this middle or if I should be worrying about big health issues. Feel good, but not healthy great, if ykwim. This gut is worrying me, so time to seriously do something about it myself, if possible.
Started tracking food today, along with doing the Spring into Shape bootcamp. PLEASE feel free to join me in the swamp so I have company! ;) Time to get back into shape and feeling healthy and up for anything!
