It seems that the articles and fitness books I've been reading all agree on one thing - a preworkout meal or snack is important.
However, I tend to feel ill if I eat even an hour or two before I exercise. So, I wonder what snacks I should be eating post workout? Gives me something to think about and research.
I have to admit any time in the past that I felt like having a snack (even though a workout never once crossed my mind) I automatically had my hand stuck in the cookie jar. Happy that I am cutting that down - even if it is one cookie at a time.
