So, on Mon. I finally got my s@#& together and got back on track. After gaining about 7 lbs over the past couple of months, having heel pain that prevents me from walking much, hip pain that prevents me from sleeping much, and a grumpy attitude from the above. Yes, I still have the heel pain and hip pain. Hopefully I will lose some wt fairly quickly and relieve some of it. That's the plan anyway.
I need to get my recumbant bike upstairs. My daughter and grand-daughter will be moving up from FL. next month and taking over the downstairs apt. so i have to find a new place to keep it. They were here for the summer and since she and I don't keep the same hours I found I did not go downstairs to use it while they lived there so as not to disturb them. I was using it daily before then since it does not hurt my heel to peddle.
I'm currently using dumbells and exercising my arms. I feel it more in my left arm, since I'm right handed and stronger on that side. Interestingly, today's session was very tiring. I did the same, more or less, as the past two days but it was MUCH harder to finish. I must be working the muscles well then. Hopefully i can add a set next week.

    So many of us seem to lose it, gain it, and come back here for another round of lose it. There's nothing wrong with trying again after gaining, its quitting that's the big problem. I am back too for another round. I did so well, losing 20kgs and then just stagnated from there. But this past Monday saw me making another start again, and its going well so far. Keep pushing, we can overcome this with enough time.
