Weekly Weigh-in this morning: down 1.8 pounds!
Off to a great start!
My mini-goal for week 1 was to drink 8 8oz glasses of water a day, and I met that most days (the days I did not meet it, I drank 6 and 7 glasses, which meets the WW guideline).
Additional mini-goal for week 2: eat more fruits and veggies.
