I'm up .8 pounds from last week. And I'm fine with that because last week, I didn't think my weigh in was accurately reflected because of the stomach issues I'd had that morning.
I adjusted my training schedule, so I'll start training for my 5k walk on Sunday. I added an extra day in because I thought going from one mile to 1.75 miles was too big of a jump for me. I'm excited though. I can do this!
Totally wimped out on the pilates dvd last night. But, I did a mile with Leslie Sansone instead. I even used some weights for part of it. Definitely feeling some ab soreness today.
