Ok so not the traditional kind of cheerleaders but the kind who cheer you on every single day to be the best and do the best you can at anything you do. I happen to have some of the best cheerleaders in my life and they certainly make the nay-Sayers look pretty hateful.
I think everyone should be their own personal cheerleader as well. We should learn to look in the mirror and tell ourselves how great we are and how great we are doing at whatever task is at hand. I have had to learn how to do this for myself especially lately cause I find myself being upset over not being able to exercise the way I would like to (then I remind myself I have a 4 month old baby!) and I tell myself that I am doing the best I can.
For anyone out there who feels like they aren't doing good or just need some positive encouragement or a positive kick in the britches just let me know I will do my best to send you something each day to let you know that I am your cheerleader! We all get down from time to time about not losing, gaining or only losing a little when we feel as though we worked out butt's off that week ( I have def been there) and everyone needs a kind word every once in a while even the people who have super high self confidence.
So go out there and get your "pom-poms" and shout rah rah rah! Cause you are fantastic and every little step you take to be the best you can be is awesome!
