So for the past couple days, I have been trying to be conscientious about my food choices and apparently it's been paying off. I must definitely have been bloated last week because it's dropping right back off again this week. Much too fast for me to actually believe I'm losing any fat or anything, but at least I feel better. I have plans to go out Thursday and Friday this week, but I'm hoping that won't throw me off too much. On Thursday, my grandparents are coming to visit. I've been very candid with my grandmother about my weight loss and she is very supportive, so hopefully we'll find some healthy options. On Friday, I am going out with friends and then going on a date later in the evening, so that will be a bit of a splurge day, but I'm hoping to keep things under control a little bit by splitting with my friends. Hopefully before too long, I'll be out of the 170s again.
