Promises, Promises, Promises (that's 3 for day 3!)

Doing good with this promise thing except I need to hustle to bed. We had to work late so I just got home a short while ago. Audits stink!

I kept my promises to myself. No chocolate - two days in a row! I think if I make it through Wednesday it may be a personal best - or at least my personal best in several months.

For Wednesday:

Physical - 15 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes lower legs/abs

Eating - no chocolate

Mental - get to bed right now!

    WTG, you're a promise-keeper!

    That going to bed earlier thing backfired on my yesterday. I went to bed so early that I ended up awake at 1 AM and had to get up and do stuff to make myself tired again. Woke up to a clean kitchen as a result so it wasn't all bad. I think it's better to change the bed time in smaller increments!
