I certainly needed to see this quote today. I feel like I have been failing in my journey because things keep popping up that throw my plans off track. I'm doing okay with the eating and water drinking but fitting in my exercise is becoming much harder. And sparking is getting more difficult too. There just don't seem to be enough hours in the day.
I want this lifestyle change so bad that I am getting frustrated by the set-backs. I have seen the scale moving down and would like to keep it going. I'm still seeing NSVs so that helps but I need some ways to cope with the unexpected schedule changes that throw off my exercise plans.
