Keep Trying

Tuesday, September 17, 2013

Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time. -Thomas A. Edison

I certainly needed to see this quote today. I feel like I have been failing in my journey because things keep popping up that throw my plans off track. I'm doing okay with the eating and water drinking but fitting in my exercise is becoming much harder. And sparking is getting more difficult too. There just don't seem to be enough hours in the day.

I want this lifestyle change so bad that I am getting frustrated by the set-backs. I have seen the scale moving down and would like to keep it going. I'm still seeing NSVs so that helps but I need some ways to cope with the unexpected schedule changes that throw off my exercise plans.

Like your title states in the blog: Keep Trying! You will see what works for you and what doesn't. We all have setbacks, but how we handle those setbacks will lead to success or failure. It's a choice and I know you choose success. So, keep pushing because you can do it!

So sorry you are having a hard time right now. I think you gave yourself the best advice! Keep trying! That's all we can do unless we want to go back where we started.

I know just how you feel, kind of over whelmed with just the thought of losing weight and then everything starts piling up on you. It will pass, just keep moving forward the stress of it all will lift. Soon your schedule will become habit and then everything will seem so much easier. You are strong and you can do this.
