OMG - a month - really?? So fast, I'm looking back now and wondering, have I done enough? Am I where I want to be after this month? Hell yeah, I'm happy to be right where I am now, it means I'm making my way towards my goal...and not long to go now! This morning I vowed to get up and get going, I didn't, so I'm going to do it this evening. I'm looking forward to it because my body could do with a little bit more training...I know it needs A LOT more, but for now, its just a little bit more.
Green tea is my best friend, next to water and chicken and salads! I'm making the most of what I can do. I haven't really wanted to try other recipes apart from what I'm doing now, I just know that you can't go wrong with grilled fish, roast chicken, fresh salads and lots of brown wholemeal bread! That's me right there...I know I can do more, but its about planning and doing with what you have when you have it.
