OMG - a month - really?? So fast, I'm looking back now and wondering, have I done enough? Am I where I want to be after this month? Hell yeah, I'm happy to be right where I am now, it means I'm making my way towards my goal...and not long to go now! This morning I vowed to get up and get going, I didn't, so I'm going to do it this evening. I'm looking forward to it because my body could do with a little bit more training...I know it needs A LOT more, but for now, its just a little bit more.

Green tea is my best friend, next to water and chicken and salads! I'm making the most of what I can do. I haven't really wanted to try other recipes apart from what I'm doing now, I just know that you can't go wrong with grilled fish, roast chicken, fresh salads and lots of brown wholemeal bread! That's me right there...I know I can do more, but its about planning and doing with what you have when you have it.

So there you have it, to all my Spark friends, thanks for joining my journey, there's still more to come...I promise that!!

    So proud of how far you have come! It feels good when you treat your body well doesn't it? I love tea too. My favorite is spearmint. It helps with PCOS especially hair growing in places you don't want it too. Plus it is delicious. The benefits for helping PCOS were just a plus emoticon Congrats on one month of healthy living here's to many many more. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
