This was the week 1 ITC- Do More For You
I've found at many times that I have struggled to do anything for me sometimes. So I've worked to carve out time for myself despite the many things I have going on within my life at this time because I'm worth it. A healthy journey for me has to have me in it.
So here's what my goals were for this week's challenge:
Get more than 6 hours sleep -
Eat 4-7 fruits and veggies -
10,000+ steps streak started back - Well, 2 out of 3 aren't bad.
