Do More For You Week

This was the week 1 ITC- Do More For You

I've found at many times that I have struggled to do anything for me sometimes. So I've worked to carve out time for myself despite the many things I have going on within my life at this time because I'm worth it. A healthy journey for me has to have me in it.

So here's what my goals were for this week's challenge:

Get more than 6 hours sleep - emoticon

Eat 4-7 fruits and veggies - emoticon

10,000+ steps streak started back - Well, 2 out of 3 aren't bad.

    Good goals! Even putting yourself first takes baby steps. Always take at least 15 minutes for yourself everyday. Pretty soon you'll be craving more time for you. That would be a good thing.

    Those are great goals. Nice work this week! As for the steps, you'll get there.

Like you said, you can't fully focus on your health if you're not committing to setting time aside for you, so sounds like it's time to do some prioritizing =) You can absolutely make time, even if it's brief!
