I haven't had time to make my blogs as I have been really busy putting togtether a family business....who would have thought that would take up soooooo much time!
But I have been doing my exercises
sand eating healthy...so all is good!! Here are my workouts so far this week....
Sunday- Peak 10 Pure Strength 2!! Evening workout the Firm Xpress accelerate cardio along with Cathe's STS Abs med ball workout!
Monday- K.C.M. Step Kickboxing program 2!! Power walking!!
Tuesday- Chalean Extreme...Get Lean Intervals!
so yep have been working out!! Lol that comes first!!!
