I ate too much. Oops. I woke up feeling good about things and then I just didn't stop eating. I felt like nothing filled me up. Now, I did eat crappy carb filled foods so of course I was still hungry! I did track it all though so yay me! LOL Not a good day for me but drank a lot of water and will be awesome tomorrow. Going to the Nats game tomorrow night but getting water and 1 hot dog and that is it. I will get in some exercise tomorrow and make it a better day. Just keep chuggin, right??
